B.O.A.T. = Borrow An Other Thousand

June 2014 I bought a ‘Red Baron’ trailer sail Catamaran for next to nix.

CLEO II been on the hard for two years and obviously needed some attention.

After thinking on her name, I just had to give her a new identity. iSiS is an Egyptian Goddess who is a friend of Slaves, Sinners and the Downtrodden.

Also immortalised in the Dylan song: “…Isis, oh Isis, you mystical child, what drives me to you is what drives me insane…”

And after 4 weeks she…

The past month has been a case of checking rigging, sails, fitting new electronics and an internal paint job. The last item has resulted in derision as the pale ‘yellow & green’ have resulted in a slightly garish colour scheme as the ‘pale’ is not “PALE”

All’s well tho’ – iSis is ready for a 4 day sail!
